1. Where do you locate and where will my order ship from?
Our company is located in the USA. Most orders ship from our main location in Boise, Idaho. Occasionally items are sent directly from a manufacturer warehouse. We make every attempt to only work with accredited and licensed warehouses. So you will get the high quality but at price of factory.
2. Is the Payment process secure on our site?

13. Do you do back orders?
kicksfoot.com does not do back orders. If the item (s) you ordered is/are out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
14. Can I change or cancel my order after order has been placed?
Please contact with us in 24 hours when you pay us if you want to cancel or change order. We are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped and our Return Policy will apply in that case. We will cancel your incorrect order if a change needs to be made for your order within 24 hours before being shipped. Then you can place a new correct order.

15. How can I make a return or exchange?
If you are not really satisfied with your purchase, size confusion, a defective merchandise when it arrive, we will be pleasure to accept a return for appropriate refund or exchange for a replacement.
16. I never received my order, what shall I do now?
If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact Customer service in time.
If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage.
The parcel is sent by STANDARD FLAT SHIPPING by USPS you should pay attention on your mail box because the mail service may leave a notice for you to claim the parcel from your local postal office.
If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 20 business days for the trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is completed, we will send you a notification via email. We are not responsible for the package if any mistake of shipping information.
17. Why I can?t see the refund on my account?
As soon as your request is accepted, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
